As Chairman Emeritus, McKinley will continue to be a Cragin & Pike shareholder, partner, and maintain client and carrier relationships that he has cultivated over the past 39 years. He will also spearhead leadership initiatives at the newly-established University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV) Kerestesi Center for Insurance and Risk Management. With a vision to provide resources and education to insurance professionals, McKinley will leverage his vast expertise to advance the industry’s best practices and shape its future.
Beyond his role within Cragin & Pike, McKinley serves the community in various capacities. He has been on the UNLV Foundation Board of Trustees for the past 15 years and served as the Chairman from 2018 until 2020, working closely with the university to support its initiatives and drive positive change. Additionally, McKinley will contribute his insights to the UNLV Medical School Practice Plan Board, furthering the institution’s mission in healthcare.
As a valued shareholder and partner, McKinley will continue to bring immense value to the company, drawing on his 39 years of experience and extensive network.
